Customer Review

We bought this set for our grandson's 9th birthday on May 18/24. Like a lot of kids his age, he's a master at Lego. Most often we buy higher end sets for 12+ and 18 yr olds with 2,000-3,000 pieces or more. We were concerned that this set wouldn't be challenging enough for him based on the number of pieces but it was actually the opposite. He loved it and was really proud to show the finished product to anyone who was interested. He knew the planets and explained the rotation of the sun and the moon using the Lego set. It was impressive! A real bonus occurred when his sister came home to see what her brother had built. She was REALLY interested and mentioned some things about the solar system to her brother who replied by teaching her something about the orbit of the earth. Amazing interaction!
If you're looking for something a little different, this is it. Price is right and 鶹 got it to me right away.
