  Phone is periodically notifying me with APP information yet I had disabled its notification setting. Different APPS keep notifying me and some do not allow notifications to be disable.... I can not disable through notifications you have to go into Settings and APPS for each occurrence and check ALL settings. Digital Wellbeing seems impossible to delete or even disable
