A couple of things: The picture frame is super reflective which makes it harder to see during the day, depending on where you place it.
The screen is just ok as far as how the picture looks. Digital picture frames today can tell you the temperature outside. This picture frame does it but gives you the wrong temp. It may get fixed through an update in the future but it is currently wrong.
It says in the description: absolutely no subscription fees needed. And they are kinda right. Without a subscription fee you can only transfer nine pictures at a time vs ninety with the subscription. If you鈥檙e like me who plans on transferring approx. 2000 photos, nine photos won鈥檛 cut it. But since you鈥檒l upload the bulk of your pics in the beginning, you could only subscribe one time / 1 year to get the bulk of your pics in your digi picture frame quickly. After the first year, just uploading nine photos at a time isn鈥檛 impossible for me to keep my digital picture updated with current photos.
I think this company does the subscription component right compared to their competitors. There are some other companies that will only give you .5 gigs of storage use in the pictures frame you purchase that, in my case, had 16 gigs total storage. Effectively they are capping the amount of storage you can use. Which seems pretty dirty to me. At the time I was allowed 2.75 gigs which seemed to be enough. One day I get an email telling me a bunch of photos would be locked because they are reducing the free 2.75 Gigs (no membership) to .5 Gigs unless I use a membership 鈥early? That obviously infuriated me and so I purchased this one. I鈥檓 way happier with this product, besides the minor complaints I have with it.
