Last week, my daughter and her cousin (both little kids) were in the bathroom and couldn't get out. The lock had broken and could not be unlocked. We called the locksmith and incurred a $100 cost to break the kids out of the bathroom. The kids were locked in there for 2 hours! This is very suspect that it only took 2 months of use for this product to break. Caveat emptor!
