  Ok, I get it, now. Could see why people in the photography forums are all over this brand. I bout the Black Mamba Cage for my Canon R7 to try it out. There was no looking back. Now I’ve dropped a few hundred bucks on Smallrig accessories to build my rig. It feels like playing with Lego blocks as a kid.
  
  I’m securing all sorts of lights, handles, microphones etc on my camera. A friend of mine saw it and thought I had gone into business with my camera shooting professionally.
  
  Anyways, all the parts I have received are well made. This particular attachment screws on and adds a cold shoe so it’s another place for a light, mic etc. it can easily removed if the part isn’t needed for your shoot. That’s one of the benefits, easy on, easy off. Just like Lego.
