I used to wonder why my chocolate flavoured baked goods would taste off or leave an unpleasant metallic taste on the tongue. Who knew it was all dependent on the cocoa powder used, regardless of how 'good' a recipe is; most recipes will not tell you what type of cocoa powder to use, let alone include fat percentages of the cocoa powder. This cocoa powder has a high fat percentage (great thing!) And will give all of your baked goods a chocolatey, rich and rounded flavour. I would use it for all recipes that require cocoa powder. I made the best chocolate cake with this cocoa powder!
