    I'll start by saying this isn't something anybody NEEDS. I usually just wrap the meat in butcher paper and put it in a cooler to rest.

    However, my coolers are a pain to get to and take up a lot of room.

    This is where this resting bag shines. It takes up virtually no room, and my brisket turned out perfectly!

    Just a quick note- don't put the meat directly in this bag like the pictures show. You'll make a huge mess. There are fabric seams on the inside that will be super gross over time. Just wrap your meat in butcher paper like you usually would, and you'll be good to go. Then you can just wipe any juice that gets through easily.
