- Reviewed in Canada on February 26, 2022Delivery was fast - came 2 days early. Good product. I purchased it to go on my recliner chair so that I can enjoy the massage and heat. However, I have 2 issues with it. #1: The elastics on the back that are supposed to hold it in place are way too small and don't fit on my recliner at all so I can only use it on a kitchen chair which defeats the purpose of comfort. #2: The little bag on the side of the unit is very difficult to access. It has a velcro closure on it so that the remote stays in one place instead of loosely hanging on the floor. I find this one issue to be a design flaw as in order to put the remote into the little bag I have to get up to do it. Other than these 2 issues, the unit is quiet and works well. I would recommend it, but only if you aren't going to put it on a recliner.One person found this helpfulReport PermalinkHelpful
