  2* for the simple and sleek design.
  1* for strong magnet
  1* for accessories it comes. Metal ring so if your case doesn't have magsafe, you don't have to get one.
  1* for quick and easy support.
  -1* for the foam type adhesive causes the phone to wiggle a lot when car is in motion or gets bumped.
  -2* for the device is plastic on metal and back to plastic. The joints are weak and breaks after some use. Need joint improvement.
