  I completely stopped using tinfoil on my roasting pans by using these. We only need to cook for 2 people at my house so this is enough for us when using the oven. The edges are tall enough that I can cook meat or chicken and the juices don't spill over on the the pan.
  
  Also they are thick enough that they don't feel "floppy" when you pick them up like some other silicone inserts. Very happy with them.
