  Box arrived, packaged well, very easy to put the stand on and I am over 70 and female. Took me five minutes to get it running and my family room is cool as a cucumber! The only reason I haven’t given it a five as I want to see the lifespan of this product. If it is still running as efficiently in a year or so, I will give it a five.
