  I ordered this product as a supplement to ensure I was getting more than enough calcium in my daily diet. As an older woman I want to reduce the risk of fragile bones as much as possible. This product has the recommended combination of calcium, magnesium and K2, to make it optimally absorbable, and it tastes good. I will continue using it, each day.
