  I primarily bought this clamp to use with my Insta360 One R to attach it to my bicycle handlebar. The big advantage of this clamp is that it's very versatile and easy to adjust to get the best position rapidly thanks to the ball head. Small rig says that you can put up to 1 Kg but I do not believe it is safe; I would not go over 500 Grams. The vise makes it easy to remove the clamp rapidly; so you can reposition it anywhere you want. But since it has no locking mechanism, you have to make sure to check the vise and ball head screws to make sure they are tight, especially if you put this on a bicycle. The 1/4 screw of the ball head that goes into the vise has a tendency to get loose; I recommend to use a non permanent thread locker gel such as Loctite 242. The vise has also a 3/8 thread; if you want a sturdier mount, you can remove the ball head and directly mount your camera or favorite ball tripod head directly to the vise.
