First off, my daughter loves her cup. Definitely a fun experience to be able to customize and change out the design from time to time. Getting the film inside was relatively easy once you get a hang of it. The getting it out part is where the problem started. After several months of leaving the first film in there, it somehow got stuck to the inside wall, making it IMPOSSIBLE to remove. The picture represents what was 10 minutes of simply trying to get an edge of the film exposed so I could then use pliers to remove the rest. The amount of force it took to get to this point was insane, and several pieces broke away from the film while making that effort...not to mention, that first film is garbage Haven't checked to see if others left reviews about this, but the bugs weren't completely work out before putting this out for sale.
