- Reviewed in Canada on November 5, 2024Arrived unlocked, put my SIM in and it connected immediately. However the device has T Mobile apps embedded into the OS. Could probably figure out how to root the phone but it should have been done before resale to end user, in my opinion.
Also the keyboard on the touch screen is ridiculously small and awkward to use. Especially by the senior citizen I bought it for. Keys are almost too small for a stylus even. Very time consuming trying to enter email addresses or passwords when you hit the wrong key or 2 keys at once.
