  Set this up four days ago for my elderly parent who was struggling with their old cordless phone. Its large buttons are much easier for them to see and press, and we programmed the one-touch buttons with family numbers and emergency contacts. Its loud ringer at 120dB actually gets their attention now, which was our main concern. The LED flashing light is particularly helpful since they don't always notice the ring tone. However, the handset feels quite heavy compared to modern phones, which tires their arm during longer conversations. The hands-free feature works well for family calls when they want to move around. Overall, it's solving the communication problems we needed to address, just wish it was slightly more ergonomic.
