- Reviewed in Canada on October 6, 20241) I have a Samsung S24 and I am very tech savvy but could not get the earbuds to connect to the app despite of all the troubleshooting in the world with their tech support. On iPhones its an instant connection however(see attached picture).
2) The right earbud stopped playing audio but strangely the touch controlls on the earbud still work. Tried atleast 10 factory resets and my earbuds are on the latest firmware.
3) the audio keeps cutting out for a few seconds randomly. This rarely happens but it does happen.
Other reviews have reported similar issues. Their support however is very helpful but that's not enough. What bugs me is that they are selling a flawed product that's completely unusable for some users. These issues are not new and they still haven't been fixed. This product definitely has potential and has nice build quality. I hope they improve it in the future.
