鶹 Vine Customer Review of Free Product( What's this? )
When I plant tomatoes in the spring, I like to use containers that are a little larger than a standard starting pot; I will put three or four seeds in each and eventually keep only the one which seems to be the hardiest. If the pots are big enough, I will only have to repot the plants once or, as is the case with the smaller Tumbler variety, not at all. These pots are just about the perfect size. Made of lightweight plastic, they are unlikely to stand up to a second growing season but that’s fine by me. They have numerous drainage holes in the bottom so that there’s no advance preparation if you want to keep them in a tray filled partially with water. In addition, the set comes with handy plastic labelling tags for easy identification of plants. There’s nothing particularly special about these pots. They’re well designed, being both large enough and stable for my planting needs; at their current price of fourteen cents a pot, they are a handy, economical choice. Recommended.
