They came well-sealed, with both the plastic safety rim on the bottles and an interior freshness seal, too. They have a long expiry date, and the pills (although, admittedly, quite large!) are easy enough to swallow. I would absolutely buy these again, and recommend them to anyone who doesn't mind a large pill size, and is looking for great value for money. Worth it, in my opinion.
