I've tried MANY types of ear plugs as my hubby used to work in a shop and he would bring me all the available ear plugs at his work for me to try. They were always too big and would hurt my ear canal.
I gave these a try even if they are on the expensive side, but WOW do they make a big difference! No more ear canal hurting in the morning, I can now sleep on my side and I don't feel them, and I don't hear my hubby snoring (If your hubby snores like an airplane, you might hear him, but they are worth the try).
I gave a pair to my sister, who has the same type of small ear canals as I do and she now wants me to buy a box for her.
