  I’ve been trying to get product support for about a 1/2 hour. Very frustrating since you don’t offer return on just the controller. Wondering if someone could give me support for my sons birthday present he just got. The microphone jack on the controller just gave up. Even tried new headset and still doesn’t work. The console works fine so all he needs is a new controller. Please help?
