  This arrived in time and was exactly like the previous one I had, or so I thought. It was different in colour but that’s no biggie. However, it NEVER worked! Right from the beginning. There was absolutely no reason for it not to. I had my hubby try it as well cause I thought maybe I was doing something wrong. Nope, still junk. The return window was small and I’m not used to there even being one. I did email them the same day I realized that it didn’t work at all, never heard back from them though. Tried again, nothing. They even included a very pretty card that said to email them if there was any issues. Not sure what for cause clearly they won’t get back to you. Now I have a piece of plastic basically.
  Hope everyone else has had better luck.
