    I recently purchased my third Plantronics headset, but unfortunately, I am experiencing an issue where my voice is not being transmitted during calls. While I can hear others clearly, they cannot hear me.

    I have attempted basic troubleshooting steps, but the problem persists. Given my past satisfaction with your products, I am disappointed that this new headset is not functioning as expected. I reached out to technical support previously but have not received a response.

    I kindly request prompt assistance in resolving this issue or guidance on how to proceed with a replacement if necessary. Please advise on the next steps at your earliest convenience.
