- Reviewed in Canada on October 3, 2023Product Came in good Condition, took me like 10-15 mins to install the Chip on a Asrock b45m Pro4 Board.
was Planning on upgrading to the am5 motherboards with the ryzen 7 7800x3D but i was like 100 200$ short. seen the reviews for this chip and it looked promising, i think i will be using this chip for awhile until it dies out gonna buy a new motherboard in like a few days (AM4) just to get more power into the chip itself. dont think asrock b450m pro4 circulates a lot power for these sort of chips. but testing a few games with this chip with a 3080 amp holo its damn well smooth and impressive and a more relaxing feel and responsive and snappiness better then the ryzen 5600x i had in my rig to tie down with the 3080 amp Holo. a 50 to 70$ cpu fan can keep this beast around 70c thats on like heavy games like cod cyber punk etc might jump to 80's thats just on base clock of 3.4ghz did not attempt to OC this chip yet but on the box it says boost clock to 4.5 but imagine what a few extra ghz can do for u in game if its already running so nice on base clock. Main reason i have not yet attempted to OC this chip is because alot source said even the platform for this chip recommends not to OC the Chip, due to damaging the chip faster but dont they all say the same thing for every chip.. but OC at ur own Risk I guess but its a 10/10 for me and if u install this chip an you get a encrypted key error to Press y or N, for your bios Keys Press Y an your good to go.. i overthink the process thinking i was going to completely brake my pc. but either or answer is correct and still boots but the N answer just reboots u right back to the black screen asking u the same answer. the right answer ended up Being the "Y" botton so go ahead and press that for me and enjoy your CPU <3.
