I really want to like this pen!

Like the feel holding it, like the easy selection of the colors and like the smoothness of the lead on paper BUT I cannot get past that the leads do not line up with the names on the body. So something that should take a second to do I end up fumbling around trying to get the right color selected. The clip does not line up correctly over the name (see photo) blue selected, orange ejected ??? And yes all the colors are in their proper location.

For this reason I will be returning it . . . pity
