  I purchased these at the suggestion of my sister. I haven't made chestnut dressing in years because I live in northern canada and chestnuts just don't show up in this neck of the woods. These worked great for (Canadian) Thanks Giving turkey stuffing. Just like fresh peeled. And I only used half of them, so i have some for Christmas too!
