  OMG i just received it and started by plugging and letting do one round full intensity without bread. Then i put the dial mid way and put a slice of bread.
  
  First even midway was too much as the toast were black, so that tells me the elements are very strong. So did another at quarter dial and wow. Perfect toast and equally toasted on both sides, let me say this again EQUALLY TOASTED ON BOTH SIDES !!! Hooray, finally a toaster that is toasting properly.
  
  I love the small size of it and love the cute color. Too bad they did not have it in pink or red.
  
  I HIGHLY recommend this product. It really does the job!
