  I ordered these when I realized they were more cost-efficient. I found the pills a little bit difficult to take in my first trimester as they were quite larger than I expected and gagging paired with first-trimester nausea caused quite a few bathroom trips that could've been avoided :( I realized that after taking them as I went on into my second trimester that I was feeling horribly nauseous and dizzy and it wasn't from morning sickness (which lasted all day for the first trimester) My OB suggested I stop taking them for 4 weeks and since I've stopped so has the dizziness and nausea. Personally not for me, as maybe me being 100lbs and barely 5ft cant handle the vitamins?? The pills were exactly as sold in stores and the safety seal was closed.
