  To anyone wary of the bad reviews of the stylus not fitting, don’t worry about it, they just didn’t pay attention to what kind of 3ds they have. Make sure you’re buying for the right model of the 3ds xl. I’ve seen a lot of people struggling with the size because they bought this stylus made for old 3ds xl but using it on their new 3ds xl. I bought this for my old 3ds xl and it fit perfectly.
  
  To help identify which one works with yours pay attention to the preview image and see if the all the slot placements for the stylus and game cartridges match yours. Nintendo for some reason had their stylus size change even though they’re almost the exact same size.
