Good but you have to press hard and use lots of water or egg wash

It's a good product and it made making dumplings a lot faster. HOWEVER you have to press down pretty hard and use a lot of water/egg wash for it to not come undone. There were a few dumplings that I made a bit "too fast" using this product and some opened up after drying a bit.
