  You get 18 needles of different guages. Since they are not labelled you need to closely examine the size.
  I've had success at using this on my couch to push back thread my cat pulled out, but after gentle usage I broke 3 needles already. I was hoping the needle would last longer, but you get what you pay for. And there is a strange smell from the plastic.
