The gun is good, the smaller thermometer sucks

The gun is good and I have to assume it is accurate, no real way to test myself.

The smaller thermometer is very slow to show the temperature. It’s almost like the sensor is in the main module and the entire rod has to heat up before you get a reading. Unless you left it in from the beginning, it’s kinda useless.
