  These came with a pack of small ear plugs with 2 slightly bigger ear pugs and 2 wax ear plugs. The bigger ones don’t work for me as they are to large like most other ear plugs but the pack is great. They fit better in my ears than any others I have tried. They tend to come out while I’m sleeping and tossing and turning but for me that’s fine because I need to hear my alarm I just need them to help me fall asleep with the noise around my house. They cancel noise about 90% for me which is awesome and they fit into my smaller ears well.
