  I wondered if I'd regret buying a product so much cheaper than the snazzy Theraband one my physiotherapist had. Now I wonder why anyone would pay so much for such a simple device! It works great, it isn't too rigid or too soft (ah, just right!). No extra fancy brand names necessary. In fact I LOVE the texture on this one, and the way individual rings/segments/whatever-you-want-to-call-them spin separately. I don't know an easy way to explain the physics but having segments instead of a single-piece roller let's you get the speed and pressure you need at each spot of your leg. I often roll it on a curve around my hip bone and it only works as well as it does because the different segments can spin at different speeds. Anyway... great product.
