  For the short time that I had these earplugs in my possession, they worked really well. I bought them specifically because I developed tinnitus at a concert I went to about 4 years ago and I didn't want it to get any worse. I bought them just in time to go to a King Gizzard and the Lizard Wizard concert, which if you don't know, make pretty loud music. I had them in and they worked great, no ear pain, I could still hear the music really well, and I would say that it sounded even better than if I didn't have them in because it prevented the sound from peaking and distorting in my ear. That was, however, until they fell out. It was a sad sad day when I lost those earplugs. I had to move further back in the crowd, separated from my friends, in order to stop my ears from literally exploding. Curse my weirdly shaped ear canals, and a curse upon the guy who slammed into me hard enough to knock them out of my ears. I still miss them to this day :'(
