Sad product does not perform

when i work i expect a battery to last 8.5 hours without charging in between. Being an emergency dispatcher this is not the product for me. it barely last 4 hours on constant on and the sound quaity is muffled alot. and disconnects from pc even tho i am 2-3 feet away
