  The product was really good quality but I was clearly sent one that had been returned and retaped. It was missing 3 bags of materials/parts needed to build it. I emailed the manufacturer to ask about the missing pieces but then i just decided to return it and go buy one at Walmart. I didn't feel like waiting for a response then waiting for the parts to either be shipped or get a replacement. I just want my tv put up lol so if you order it, hopefully they don't send you one that had been returned and is missing pieces. Good luck!
