When I tried to spoon it out of the jar, it was so stiff, it almost bent my thick handled spoon. Forget trying to spread it on anything. I held the spoon at an angle for a good 30 seconds before it slowly slipped off of the spoon. It barely tastes like honey. For the price, (which was far too much for 500 grams IMO, this was EXTREMELY dissatisfy.
I will not be buying this product again. I will stick with the raw honey I can buy at Walmart. It may not have the pollen, but, its HALF the price!
