  No offense to the other great Nintendo films (Pokemon for example), but this movie is one of the best Nintendo films ever (way better than the 1993 film)! I think Illumination and Nintendo did a splendid job on making this accurate to the games and making it so much fun. I read people say that it is fast paced and the plot being basic, but what is it expected, Mario is known for simple plots. Just go ahead and have fun :D
