  I really wanted an eco-friendly alternative to pads and expensive absorbent underwear. I purchased these and they DO absorb quite a bit of urine for minor to moderate bladder leaks. The problem is they are thick THICK pads made of polar fleece which is quite hot and steamy down there and are visibly bulky if wearing tighter pants. They shift quite a bit as others have commented. I wear XL or XXL underwear so I would not recommend them for people wearing tiny underwear. Even with granny bloomers these pads shift towards your back if you wear them overnight. They wash well in the washing machine and don't retain odours. Not my favorite product so I will keep looking.
