  Bought this for my hubby for his birthday, and unfortunately the rotating pizza stone feature didn't work. I contacted the company, sent them a video and corresponded with them via email. They were incredibly helpful & wound up shipping a new pizza oven. This one worked perfectly out of the box! Hubby will need to refine his skills a bit, but fabulous little pizza oven and we are excited to have it as part of our outdoor kitchen.
