- Reviewed in Canada on June 23, 2023If you鈥檙e backed up or having trouble going to the bathroom these are a lifesaver. As an adult you鈥檒l need to take 2 so only getting 10 isn鈥檛 the best. But since they are very inexpensive getting a couple boxes for when you need them is a good idea. I have found sometimes I鈥檒l take 2 and nothing happens. But when I take another two the next day it works like a charm. Additionally these aren鈥檛 as aggressive as other laxatives. It isn鈥檛 鈥渋nstant鈥 like others. But I like that because I find those ones can be very painful and you just end up being dehydrated and in pain the whole day. I鈥檇 call these more of a very good stool softener since they don鈥檛 give you explosive diarrhea
