  This is my first time trying out the skincare line from Elf and I have to say, I looove it. This toner has cleared up my skin and evened out the redness. I used to have tiny bumps and pimples mostly around my chin and cheeks due to hormones, and in just 3 days I feel like this has cleared it up drastically. Highly recommend!
