  These adult shirt protectors are absolutely gorgeous. I purchased them for my 98 7/8 year old friend. They have velcro closure behind the neck and if you wanted to, there are 2 snaps at the bottom that create a pocket for food to remain. They are easy to damp wipe and dry quickly. They also do well in the washing machine and I hung to dry.
