  As of writing, I'm on my third day using this CPAP unit and it has been working very well. As other's have stated, the unit itself is nearly silent when running, with only the sound of the air while you are breathing (Which, in my case, acts as a bit of a white-noise machine which is nice).
  
  The on-screen menu is brightly lit, and easy to read. Navigating is equally as easy with all the options you would expect on most CPAP machines, just more clearly laid out (At least from the ones I have used.)
  
  The unit is also solidly constructed. I found the water-tray in particular to work really well at keeping me from waking up with a dry-sinus/throat. The tubing is thick and fairly rugged and there's no chance of kinking/twisting it accidentally during sleep unless you lay directly on top of it.
  
  Overall, very solid.
