The door opens up similar to a toaster oven and exposes an oven with the capability of holding 3 trays. I typically only use one tray at a time but have used 2 for air frying. I could see using 3 trays for dehydrating, which has a max cook time of 24Hrs @ any temperature above 105°F.
This is NOT a taster oven, it's an air fryer and works much better than a basket style. It also includes a rotating rotisserie spit which can be used roast a chicken or head of cauliflower and anything else that can be put into a spit.
The door is removable for easy cleaning. There is also a bottom drip tray to catch drippings, spices etc..
There is a 2 minute option to air fry at 450° to crisp things up. And you easily press another button to extend your current air fry session by 2 minutes without changing temps. The door has a glass front so you can see how things are cooking at all times by pressing the light button. It has a much larger capacity than most air fryers, and the displays and options all go to sleep when not un use, so no annoying flashing lights or need to keep unplugging when not needed.
I fully recommend this product. Great price and a fantastic air fryer.
