  I have worn out 2 previous Plantronics Voyager 5200 over 6 years. This is my third one. It does not have as good sound quality as the other two. People complain that I sound static-y on this one, but never complained baout it on the others. Also, the fit is not as good as before. This one falls off my ear very easily. I am constantly having to adjust it back in place. I am not sure exactl;y what changed about the product, but I am not as happy with it as I was with the previous two.
