  I should have returned this item, but I waited too long. The fine grater works well for cheddar cheese and that texture if you go really slow. The large grater just got totally jammed up and was useless. I thought I could use it to grate beets and carrots, but there’s no way that this would work, it would probably work OK with soft things like zucchini or perhaps cooked potatoes but probably not raw ones. Not particularly useful. I should’ve just kept using my big food processor.
