- Reviewed in Canada on February 15, 2025I grabbed this to install in my garage to tame the various tools. It accommodates five things with poles and four with holes.
The clamp is is rubberized to prevent the item from sliding down, but the mechanism isn't spring loaded, relying only on the bending of the metal to hold the item. This makes it unsuitable for very slim or excessively thicc items, although most brooms, rakes, snow shovels, weed pullers, etc. will work okay.
Most power tools and large metal items (steel shovels, spades, etc) are probably too heavy to hold securely unless they can rest on the floor or similar, in which case the clamp should be fine for preventing them from falling over. The clamp bends each time you add/remove an item so may eventually fail from fatigue.
The four hooks are very strong and should hold anything you can reasonably fit onto them.
As long as the metal doesn't corrode and the clamps hold up this is an easy way to help organize your shed, garage or workshop.Report PermalinkHelpful
