  I ordered Smart Ink for my HP printer and it promptly arrived on time. Unfortunately, one of the cartridges was defective and not printing anything that was green. I emailed the supplier and received a reply with a couple of hours. After sending them a photo of my printing results, I was promised replacement cartridges. These arrived within 2 days, and after installing the new ones, my printer is now producing all the colours of the rainbow! The service was excellent. Thank you very much.
